At TVGla, we set a simple, yet intentional, goal: to seek out the best people<\/em>. Not just those who are extremely talented, but those who are kind, candid and compassionate. Our disciplined and organized hiring approach helps us do this, ensuring that we bring in individuals who align with our core values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the early days of the agency, our CEO, Dimitry Ioffe, has personally met with every potential candidate, and he still does. But not to grill them on their marketing chops \u2014 rather to \u201cchop it up\u201d and get a sense of who they are as people. Our hiring process is structured to be both selective and collaborative, incorporating multiple rounds of interviews where candidates engage directly with the teams they would be working with. This gives both sides a clear, transparent look at compatibility \u2014 not just in terms of skill, but in character and mindset. For these reasons, you won\u2019t find people who “fail up” at TVGla. Our team-oriented approach to hiring means that every new team member has been evaluated not just for their expertise, but for their ability to collaborate, contribute, and grow with<\/em> the agency. Essentially, we put the people first, and by doing so we ensure exceptional results, not just for our clients but for our internal teams as well<\/strong>. In 2023, we took a significant step in refining our mission and rebranded to align with our focused path. We moved away from taking on one-off new-client projects and started focusing on clients we could build teams around because we realized one-off projects weren\u2019t worth the strain they put on the system. The extra revenue came at a cost to our team\u2019s time, energy and well-being. As we\u2019ve grown, we\u2019ve become more intentional about how we invest our energy \u2014 prioritizing sustainable partnerships and a healthy work culture over short-term gains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That approach extends beyond the (virtual) office. Whether we\u2019re celebrating baby showers, birthdays, musical performances or drag show appearances, we show up for each other in real life too. And a few times a year, we take it even further, coming together for seasonal all-agency retreats to strengthen the relationships that make us who we are. These in-person sessions deepen our connection and trust, reminding us that we\u2019re part of something different \u2014 an agency that\u2019s built on shared values and is committed to everyone\u2019s shared<\/em> success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TVGla has never been about simply following industry norms \u2014 we\u2019re constantly testing and refining what a modern agency can be.
